How To See Who You Are Following On Facebook
First thing to note: following doesn't actually imply anything, especially if you two aren't "friends." It simply implies that your messages noted PUBLIC will turn up in their timeline. Immaterial (you noted it PUBLIC, right?).
Second, if you need to know that is REALLY following you:
1. Go to your pals checklist
2. Hit the "MORE" switch on the right
3. then hit "Following".
If you don't like what you see in that list, you can click the "Manage" pencil symbol and afterwards the "Edit Privacy" button in the upper right (see display shot above).
Keep in mind: If you let people that aren't your close friends follow you, people that send out good friend requests that you overlook or remove will instantly start following you. If you do not desire somebody to follow you, you can block them at any moment.
